Need to treat Blue collar workers same as the rich folks. Might have a few more sales. Went to look at vehicles, couldn't get anyone to wait on me then to be told the vehicles I wanted to test drive were not there. Would have bought a new X1. Sorry their loss, bought an Audi Q5.

Appointment at 8am for service on recalled parts. Lobby was open. People don’t arrive until 9. Me and my wife waiting in the lobby. Workers arrive. Not greeted once. Not a single hello good morning nothing. I was considering buying a vehicle my 3 series is going out. I physically had to get up and ask who runs the show here man chuckles and repeats my question.
