Absolutely nothing they advertise is 100% true and correct! They make everything sound good just to get you in the door. BE VERY CAREFUL!!
Make sure you check out that KIA class action lawsuit! Bought a 2017 Kia lasted a year before the engine problems started it was used and wasn’t fixed while sitting on the lot, they waited for it to break KNOWING the THETA engines had problems. (Thankfully, they were only small problems like possible engine fires) So when I called I was told “get a rental and we’ll take care of everything” I went out and got a rental and while they were fixing the engine I had tires, ect done. every negative thing you have ever heard about car sales people is absolutely true about performance Kia. they will lie, cheat, and steal. don't believe anything they tell you...they will do anything to make the sale that makes them the most money...bait and switch...con artists you can believe 100% that they have no morals or scruples and will push the legal limit to the edge,and the moral limit over it stay away from that place... you can do much better at another dealership
Good sales team but terrible service department haven’t had my 21 sorento more then three months and it’s giving me nothing but problems. They don’t have loner vehicles to lend which makes it worse so you have to sit there, like you have nothing better to do! Then you ask why and are told one time that they don’t do loner vehicles and the next time because covid. So what do you believe. So I don’t recommend there service department at all.
They were not helpful at all going back-and-forth weeks after weeks about buying a car on their lot that had to rust spots on it and the dealer agent sales person Paul told me it was my own fault because I bought it in the dark I bought for vehicles from you I’ll never buy another one
Purchased a new 2017 Kia from Performance Kia. At the time the service department had a great crew and were very helpful. I returned to buy a second vehicle for my parents. Horrible decision. The service department has drastically gone down hill. Ended up traded my 2017 Kia @Blaise Alexander Kia and may consider trading the other vehicle at another dealership.
Quit lying, actually stick to their word when you purchase a vehicle from them, not hold your keys when they "appraise" your trade in and you want to leave! Fred Benson had told us he would "hook" us up with a full tank of gas, all we had to do was call him, we called and left a message for him and over a week with no return phone call or tank of gas, Franco Lapino gave us a "we owe you" paper for a remote car starter and told us we can have it at their cost of $300, i called the service department to schedule an install and... read more
