I had an experience going to buy my first car on my own and they gave me a terrible deal and value for my car.. I said no and I need to think about it multiple times.. yet they had different people try to convince me to say yes to their awful pricing.. For the past year I'd been excited about buying my first bran new vehicle. I waited patiently saving my money and watching as the finance rates dropped. always harassing me to buy my car back emails , calls , mail but service doesn't know how to answer or return calls
Not saying not to purchase here but definitely make sure you see the paperwork before putting any money down etc. Overall experience was good and this is my 2nd time buying a vehicle from them but pretty sure I got swindled into a 6k bumper to bumper coverage that I didn’t ask for. I kept insisting on seeing the contract, interest rate in advance before putting down any money but they were being passive aggressive and beating around the bush. What started out to be a decent deal, turned into a nightmare after the way they go about their own mistakes.
I tried to get a price on a vehicle listed online by a salesman. He refused to give a price and then insulted me and tried to berate me. Very poor way to try to sell a car to someone who is genuinely interested in buying. In the dealership's defense, the car was not on their page. But for that kind of treatment from a staff member, I am happy to go buy somewhere else.
Sean in sales was great. Customer service post sale HORRENDOUS!!!! currently on hold for over 30 mins trying to get someone/anyone to pick up the phone. called in on another line- just need a question answered. Again, no one will get on the phone. It seems that once you signed the contract they are no longer available to you to even answer a question. Love the car but will not buy again here. I suggest you shop Kia elsewhere
