went for a oil change (warranty purposes) and inspection a couple months back. came out with a long list of "suggested" stuff that all dealers try to get you on like fuel additives etc. got mad when I denied them all. next thing I know they came at me with my brake calipers weren't adjusted properly and it won't pass inspection. called them out on that bull@#$& due to one that isn't a inspection item to fall over if they brakes are working and 2 it's all disc brakes they are self adjusting. got upset when called out on it an... read more
Totally incompetent service manager… Failed a 2022 Kia cause of a scuff mark on a bumper. Tried to have my daughter have a $1,500 repair completed to pass.. Total Scum Bag!!!! Trying to take advantage of a young girl who didn’t know about vehicles…
Got sold a car with a live rodents nest in it claimed they fixed the problem. Told us to drive on it no big deal than told us we needed a sensor out that in that didn’t take away the lights in the dash got told needed a new transmission that didn’t take away the problem . because the rodents chewed through my wiring harness ac air box even had rodents above our heads . I received a letter to trade my current vehicle in. When you call the number to remove yourself from the list, they require your social security number. What kind of shady operation are you all running down there.
Well, so far, I am not impressed with Performance KIA or their management! First, they lure in a Disabled Veteran promising her the world with a used car. When she finally comes on site, they work her over until she agrees to the new terms which is 40% higher but with their magical numbers make work for 72 Months! To top it off they let her leave with the vehicle with no Money Down! Did I say she has no Money! A lot of anger from staff when we returned a car. There was no money that transferred hands in this deal from t g e time they told us to take the car home to the time we took it back. when I went in the next day. I told the gentleman that I handed the letters from my banks that included on the banks letter heads. where my income was coming from, how often, and from what source.
