went in for an appraisal on my trade in. I met with Paul who went above and beyond to help me. I knew what I wanted but was definitely nervous about being able to get into it. I work in the car industry so I knew it might not be possible. but the whole team made it possible to leave with a 2020 Telluride with a payment I can afford. Great place to buy a new vehicle! Fred Benson went above and beyond to get us in the vehicle we wanted. He sat in the back seat and went over all the features of the vehicle. He also did a walk around with us and showed us how the seats worked/folded down. He knew the answers to any questions we had. Definitely an asset to Performance Kia. Brad was great also. He went over all the finances and got our payment lower than what we expected. A great experience all around!
