After a dozen unsolicited calls/emails/letters mailed to the home from Corey my wife decided to take him up of his offer to buy her Mercedes. Set up appointment to bring the car in. When we do they have a salesman tell her they “unfortunately” can not buy the car due to allotment on purchasing, but are more than willing to trade it in for that amount for a new Kia. Sales staff. We were sent an invitation to buy our 2014 Jeep Cherokee for their used car inventory. Bought a new Sportage in 2019. Traded in an 07 Subaru Sti. Told the guys im not taking any less than 12,500$ for my trade in. The sportage was 3,000 off sticker price for their sale going on. Well they told me they were giving me the 12,500 for my car. I just didnt realize how the scammers did it. They gave me 9,000 total trade in and used the 3,000 for the sale to say 12,000. I don't think and feel that the manager does his job very well.. if they try wanted the sale he would have worked a little harder.. but he only came out with 2 offers and that was it... when we bought our first one the experience may have been long but it was Amazing.. the manager did everything in his power to bargain and work with us.. however this guy had no desire to do so it was well this is and take it or leave it.. we left it.. screw that we already had a nice good car.. further more they advertised 35% over bluebook ... read more
