One of the "salesman" wished cancer on one of my good friends mother.. his name is Bruce.. Bruce if you are reading this.. I just want to let you know my baby brother lost his life to cancer and you wished it on somebody's mother.. you are a sick person.. why would Toyota hire somebody like that?? Definitely not going to this dealership.. I'm going to honda
A car salesman is supposed to be respectful and courteous, for someone who is supposed to do such, wishes cancer upon someone's mother just because he disagreed with something is pathetic, and unexcusable. Having lost 2 of my closest relatives to cancer, I find this sickening. On a positive note, I was looking to purchase a 2016 Tacoma in the near future, on a negative note, your dealership is now crossed off the list.
What kind of employee goes around telling people they hope their mom "gets cancer of the cunt"?!? Outrageously unprofessional to say the absolute least. I hope the manager addresses this before it needs to be brought to corporate's attention.

I needed work done on my car they wanted to overcharge me on labor and parts went some where rip off
Prior to moving to Delaware, I had my Camry serviced exclusively at Butler Toyota in Indianapolis. After relocating, I made about 2 visits to ToyotaWorld and discovered oil changes are not convenient and the service is meh. There is now a recall on my car for excessive oil consumption. I made an appointment last week for part 1 of the test. I left work early and arrive on time for my appointment. I'm greeted almost immediately by name. Impressive! After watching friends and family get screwed over repeatedly by the sales department (given the wrong vehicle, title issues, etc), and dealing myself with poor communication and delays by the service department, I will never use this dealership again.
