Took my car in to get washed and left without half of my bumper!! Management was so nice they declined to fix it citing a sign that basically you're screwed and then condescendingly told me to file a claim with my insurance and they can attempt to get the money back in subrogation! Then he refused to give me his direct contact information,instead crossing his tiny little arms and offering the main number!! My family has come here for years and I'm even due for an oil change. Service center is incompetent. My wife had to have a replacement key made for her Prius. Made an appointment and when we get there they do not have a part. Made another appointment and this time they are missing another part. Absolutely poor. Will take business elsewhere.
