Exceeds Expectations! Zak went above and beyond to make this whole experience quick and easy! He stuck to his word, never lied or pressured me and understood where I was coming from. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and answered all my questions to put me at ease. He never lost his sense of humor and always kept his professionalism. Awesome I went to see my favorite dealer Kenneth Lopez to inquire about upgrading my lease. As always he was so helpful with the number breakdown & paperwork. Great Service A 2014 Mazda CX-5 was for sale on their website. I came in the next day, test drove it, signed the paper work, traded in my vehicle, and left with a new car, all under 2 hours. I was in-and-out very fast and I genuinely enjoyed my experience, great service and great people. Lily was the product specialist I worked with, she's very good at what she does.

Good deal - so far We'll see how the car does, since I just drove it off the lot, but the CPO Mazda6 seems to be in great shape and Kenneth Lopez was a pleasure to deal with, even picking me up from the train station. It was all pretty straightforward, with minimal upsell.
