10,000 service (oil change,tire rotation)zServic Service was completed in a timely fashion, less than 90 minutes ; Service manager explained what was done and what the service inspected. Price was OK, for services rendered. Dealership could offer more comprehensive specials, especially on oil change prices, however all in all the experience was positive. Would recommend . Low mileage on car so no major repairs discussed; will see in future.
Accessory mode Dealership clearly explained how pushing the start button twice can initiate accessory mode and give unusual dash readings. Well explained...very helpful and they made sure I got my last oil change included
Excellent Experience with Sam Anares! I went into Mazda of New Rochelle with some trepidation. Even with an email breakdown of all fees and "final price" from the dealership, I was prepared for the worst. Great Overall Experience The dealership was great. The sales person, the manager, the person who went over all of the details of the car at delivery, and the finance guy were all wonderful to work with.
Easy and impressed! Process was easy from start to finish. Not only did they get me out of the vehicle I was currently leasing, but they were able to offer me lower payments and greater features. I’ve had my CX-9 for about a month so far and absolutely love it. I couldn’t be happier with Mazda of New Rochelle and their management!
The best experience from start to finish I highly recommend this dealer to anybody in the market for a vehicle. The Mazda is very well made and drives like a luxury car. Why buy here? I’ll tell you.. I got my car there this weekend 6/30/18 from start to finish they were honest, made it quick and painless- most importantly made me feel confident I’d get a good deal. They came through and got me a sick deal on a CX-5 and took it home within hours.
