Took car for coolant leak. Fixed under warranty. Two items for improvement 1) they could have got me into a loaner a bit sooner as car was obviously not safe to drive 2) when I picked up the car check engine light was on. Cleared it myself but expect that to be taken care of. I did not receive a call that vehicle was ready. Had to follow up on my own. Other than that happy with customer service and appreciate the car wash and clean interior when I picked up. Will most likely purchase next vehicle from Lakeland VW.

Car was towed in by AAA on emergency basis. Part was ordered and repairs were made timely. Even helped with getting a rental and quickly made repair when part came in so as to minimize rental costs.
