Repair was done timely and customer techs were friendly. Also appreciated the courtesy ride home after dropping off my car and the pickup the next day to retrieve it.

Lakeland VW is a good place to buy a car. The service department is very prompt on getting you in for service on your car. The one negative I have is it takes me 45 minutes to get there. VW needs to put a VW dealership on RT 27 around Lake Wales were more car dealerships are popping up.
Anthony and Ashley have been awesome throughout this whole experience. I am happy to pay them to do any repairs on my vehicle. They have made an extremely difficult situation as easy as possible.
