Cash after every time I have been there, my issue has been resolved quickly and without trying to sell me additional Services just for the sake of selling them. This last visit, the part I needed for my car was out of stock, but they got it in stock quickly and scheduled me for the appointment to make the repair as soon as I could be scheduled.
I visited lakeland Volkswagen to get my sun visor fixed and the team was very helpful and timely. Becky and Ashley were so helpful and they made my visit super pleasant!
I've been disappointed with the service of getting a tire changed. And the lack of communication with the dealership. Next time I will be sure to write down a log of the dates, times, and the employees, just to do a better job of filling this out. I didn't complete the last survey because I didn't have anything nice to say but this time was bad too.
