Courteous, professional service. Flexible in working with customer to get service performed to the customer’s satisfaction. Easy access. Excellent work by service department staff.
The sales department is superior and has dealt fairly with me for many years. The service department used to be friendly and superior as well until a couple years ago. In my last 2 dealings with the service department I was sent out on the road in an unsafe vehicle. I have now purchased an Audi from Lakeland VW and will not deal with the service department again.

Wonderful experience! Hiram is very friendly and professional. Larry got our deal done in record time. From the time we walked in the door, took a test drive and walked out it was about 2 hours. Unheard of in a dealer. I would highly recommend Lakeland Volkswagen to anyone looking for quality and great service.

I have the same advisor every time I’ve come and he is always efficient which I appreciate! He remembers me when I call and/or come in to drop off or pick up my car. I pull my car in and someone meets me at my car to take my keys & ask if I’m dropping off or waiting.
