Great place great service . Great GM. Nice people , great oil , nice place . Great bathrooms , nice parking lot , good toilet paper . I like paper towels they put in a hand dryer.
Great Experience I would highly recommend that my friends and neighbors living in the Tampa Bay Area make the drive out to Lakeland for the excellent service. I appreciate the transparency and accuracy of their online pricing. Most dealerships raise the price when you get there, say something like, you are not eligible for a rebate, yadda yadda. I will be reaching back out to Michelle Barnett when I need a new car in the future.
There were a couple complications in my service stop. Oil and fuel filters were replaced. The service people went out of there way to make right the problems that occurred.
My 2019 Jetta's first service Great and convenient service. Thanks for the courtesy ride provided so I didn't have to waste time waiting! Everyone was friendly and helpful, my car was washed and vacuumed after the service, and everything taken care of. No issues. All positive things!
