Car buying the way it used to be; Honest, friendly, serving the customer and zero pressure. And an honest deal to boot. Stark contrast to the overpriced "tag team" high pressure dealer in our area. We drove 6 hours round trip to do business with Lakeland VW pre-owned. No regrets.
The VW service staff is Professional, timely and provides good communication. I feel like they listen and make it a point to keep me informed. Great service!
Overall a good experience. Fairly fast, but could've used more updates as the work was taking place. Very pleased with the work that was done. Car rides very smooth and is less troubling knowing the lights are gone.

didn.t have to wait a long time for my 30000 check up I didn,t have to wait a long time for my service. I had an appointment and they were waiting for me.I don't have them telling me that i need this or that, only what i need.
Good service, polite, prompt and clean environment. Nice staff, no significant issues of concern. No unnecessary up sale. Like the car wash after each service. 👍
Dealership personnel are courteous and friendly. Setting up an appointment is fast and easy. Building is very clean. If looking for a different vehicle there is a wide selection to choose from. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends.
