Service visits I have always had positive experience when having my vehicles serviced at Lakeland Volkswagen The personell are attentive to my inquiries and explain everything in detail.
No issues The Serv was good, and didn't take overly long. I do wish there were a few more amenities in the the waiting area, but that's just a nitpick.

I felt taken advantage of financially I was charged $900.00 for replacing fuel pump module. The part was $206.00 and it is plug and play. Unplug the old and plug in the new. I know VW is high end and proprietary but I feel the price gouging is excessive. I am seeing my VW and will never buy another because of the proprietary nature of VW. Other than being abused $$$ the staff was great. Also when getting my car back the gas gauge doesn’t work. It was working when I came in.

Easy Process! Purchasing a car from Lakeland Volkswagen was a smooth, easy process. I was being proactive following a car accident and went in to test drive a car. Israel was kind and not pushy. He understood my situation and I let him know I would be in touch. There was no pressure at all. When I went in to purchase the car, he let me re-test drive the car to ensure it was what I wanted and we quickly put everything in motion. Jared was very helpful with the financing as well!
Gr8 service, took 2 1/2 hours for a bulb change! See above, 2 long for a bulb change when I had an appt. Don't know much more 2 say, disappointed on the length of time.
No hassle This is a great vehicle dealership! We loved that the price was up front from the beginning. The salesman, Jeff new his vehicles and was very helpful. We would buy from here again just for the no hassle prices.
