Katlyn is amazing! After being charged over $10k to fix my car numerous times within the year that's only worth $79.99 in resale revalue can be very frustrating. Especially when you get a full service done but still have issues every other month. Just not sure why this issues weren't noticed during the inspection(s). It makes me never want to own a VW ever again. If you take care of quality vehicle it should definitely go into the 100,000s with needing work done here and there. The multi point inspection was faster than the estimated time given and the customer service at the dealership was good.
I was very impressed with Matthew! He keep me informed and updated without being “pushy” offering any additional maintenance products/services. I spent right at 2 hours waiting for my car to be serviced (oil change) which is far less than I have in the past with an appointment. My last visit was also a great one, so it seems as though things have changed for the better over the last several months to a year. This dealership is incredibly helpful, and the service people are some of the kindest in the industry.
The Dealership is clean, professional and attentive to their customers. Communication was consistent and everyone was knowledgeable on the matters at hand. I was updated daily on my car’s status and was explained everything that was done to my car at the time of pickup instead of just being handed my keys and told “have a great day”. I am thoroughly pleased with their attentiveness and customer service.
