Service department is great but the sales department needs a lot of help, had a horrible experience in the sales department. But I’ve always had a positive experience with service or parts. Sales was so bad had to go buy my new Tiguan at Wesley chapel vw.
I live in Orlando and come to Lakeland for Service because you have the best staff and your service is excellent. My car is done on time if not earlier than expected. I appreciate the care that is taken by all to make sure I have the best experience.

The sales department is superior and has dealt fairly with me for many years. The service department used to be friendly and superior as well until a couple years ago. In my last 2 dealings with the service department I was sent out on the road in an unsafe vehicle. I have now purchased an Audi from Lakeland VW and will not deal with the service department again.
