I have the same advisor every time I’ve come and he is always efficient which I appreciate! He remembers me when I call and/or come in to drop off or pick up my car. I pull my car in and someone meets me at my car to take my keys & ask if I’m dropping off or waiting. I've never had bad service at Lakeland VW yet. Kaitlyn was great, kept me posted with updates on my service call.
I came in for oil and filter, fuel filter, and all air filters replacement. Also decided that it had been 5 years since my last battery was installed so I had it also replaced. All work was performed professionally and the staff was very kind and friendly. Also the car was returned to me a lot cleaner than I had brought it in. Thank you to everyone at Lakeland Volkswagen!
