Kaitlyn was great. I had to talk to Gino and his customer service needs some help. Instead of focusing his attention on the customer, me, he was distracted but one of his employees and didn’t even have the respect to ask me to hold or anything.
All I wanted was an oil change and cabin filter change plus wiper blades but before they did this they wanted to other items totaling $700 and you can't tell me otherwise because my wife used to work for VW that the mechanics get a commission for more work. Just do what people ask to be done

Katlyn was so unbelievably kind and attentive! I decided to wait and work from the lobby while my car was being looked at and was offered car service, constant updates, bagels, coffee, etc. Of course my car didn’t do the thing I brought it in for, but she believed me and said she wouldn’t let me leave until they were sure things were safe.
