Amazing experience!! Dave really did an amazing job - he was very determined to do anything we needed to get into our vehicle, but was not pressuring at all. He was also very informative in giving us every option available to us. Highly recommend!!! Jared was also very informative and efficient. He answered all of our questions and also thoroughly explained details to us.
Brian and Jonathan again provided great service The guys clearly reviewed all maintenance done and suggested future repairs to be done at a later date. They are friendly and very accommodating and professional.
Great Experience My husband and I had a great experience with this dealership. Our salesman Jeff Havard was very knowledgeable and no pressure was involved. We test drove one vehicle and then test drove the one off the showroom floor. We were happy with the trade in allowance and the price of the vehicle overall and surprised with the discounts on a 2019 VW Jetta. Everyone was friendly and overall we had a very pleasant experience.

Excellent All service options were professionally and clearly explained. Never felt "pushed" into services performed as other dealers do. This was a first time visit and even though another Volkswagen dealer is closer I'll be returning to Lakeland Volkswagen for all my parts, service and future vehicle purchases.
