Excellent All service options were professionally and clearly explained. Never felt "pushed" into services performed as other dealers do. This was a first time visit and even though another Volkswagen dealer is closer I'll be returning to Lakeland Volkswagen for all my parts, service and future vehicle purchases.

As always lakeland Vw did a excellent jo 2008 Vw Jetta with 279000 miles staying healthy just like its 74 year old mom. Takes a lot of care. Lakeland Vw cares about its customers.
Battery I called the day before, to try and troubleshoot with VW Service department they suggested the battery. So I went to get the battery checked and was told nothing was wrong. So I dropped the car off at VW and was told that the battery was no good. VW was kind enough to not charge for testing, blessing in disguise. Every one was pleasant and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better service team. Thank you all
Always a great experience. Service staff is always upfront and knowledgeable about the needs of my car. They take the time to explain what is needed. As a women I feel comfortable there.
