Pleasant car buying experience No surprises. Made contact with dealership online. Spoke with online sales person, Michelle. Mostly all costs and fees were presented up front. Only cost that wasn't mentioned was an optional guard sealent for interior and exterior of vehicle.
Nest car buying experience! I went in with several car options I wanted to look at. Corey was patient and reviewed specs, prices and payments to get me in a car I would love. There was never any pressure to buy and he even sent me home to think about it so I was completely confident in my purchase. The entire staff thru the purchase process was delightful! Quick and easy Went it for the 20K mike service and a couple of recalls on my Tiguan. Drop off and pick up was quick and I really appreciated the curtesy vehicle so I could run errands instead of spending all day at the dealership. I don’t remember the guys name that was helping me but he was super nice and helpful.
Great Experience During my visit to Lakeland Volkswagen I was treated very well. I had quite a few questions in just a short period of time during my first visit but the sales person I dealt with Jeff Havard was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and took as much time as I needed to answer my questions. Great, no pressure dealership We visited with the intent if researching vehicles but not purchasing one. We were helped by Hiram who was very knowledgeable and took his time to thoroughly explain the cars to us. We fell in love with one and got a great deal. There was never any hard sell. Jared from finance was also very pleasant. All in all a great experience.
Very helpful and answered questions quickly. They were very helpful and and kept me informed of the status of my parts for my car and then it was installed in a tiny maner with the highest regard of prophesionalism I have encountered in a long time.
Once again, the best. I want to mention two occurrences over the last two weeks. My GTI sustained considerable front end damage after a spare tire and rim flew into my front bumper, damaged it, and the stuff below it. The next day, the service department managed to cram me into a busy day to have a look at it. Dan inspected the under body and found that there was no damage, which was a relief as I had to travel 1000 miles over the next week with it.
