VW Service Dept Great VW Lakeland dealership customer service. As always friendly welcome when driving into clean spotless area. Immediate accommodating customer in taking down info for service and asking if a ride is needed. otherwise the waiting area is immaculate and accommodating with amenities.
Outstanding customer service Took my Volkswagon for a recall and Gary at the service desk was very courteous and said abou 1 hr or 2 and it would be ready. They were very busy that day but it was ready in that length of time. They even washed it for me too.
First experience buying a car and it was painless. Went to a lot of dealerships throughout the day and ended up coming right back to VW Lakeland. I’m very happy with the service I received. Great people and overall good experience.
Awesome service experience!! Came in for my first scheduled service appointment on a crazy Saturday morning and Gary took the time to walk me through all the work they were going to do. I felt more like a friend than a customer.

Bought a new car We were looking for a 7 passengers car and Tyler was very helpful. He took time to explain all details. We were from Canada and it was a bit complicated to obtain credit but Jared and Tyler went above and beyond our expectations We are more than happy of our new Atlas
