As always lakeland Vw did a excellent jo 2008 Vw Jetta with 279000 miles staying healthy just like its 74 year old mom. Takes a lot of care. Lakeland Vw cares about its customers.
Battery I called the day before, to try and troubleshoot with VW Service department they suggested the battery. So I went to get the battery checked and was told nothing was wrong. So I dropped the car off at VW and was told that the battery was no good. VW was kind enough to not charge for testing, blessing in disguise. Every one was pleasant and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better service team. Thank you all
Always a great experience. Service staff is always upfront and knowledgeable about the needs of my car. They take the time to explain what is needed. As a women I feel comfortable there.

Perfect customer service Arriving at half an hour to close , I was met with a friendly staff happy to help me. The sales associate in particular, Israel , was just the best ! Very knowledgeable as we toured the lot , extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. Ultimately I choose a 2018 Beetle , priced nicely with a dealership promotion they offered. Would definitely recommend Volkswagen of Lakeland to friends and family .
