Excellent Customer Service! I recently went to these folks after finding a used VW online that I was interested in. From start to finish, the entire trade-in process of my previous vehicle, to purchasing the new-to-me car, was a very pleasant experience overall. Everyone there was quite nice and Larry in particular was excellent at making the whole paperwork process a breeze. Out with the old and in with the new The sales team is great and went out of their way to help us but the service techs could improve on their customer service . We had some issues on the billing but all and all it wasn’t a bad experience .
