Traded in my Beetle for an Atlas Buying a new car at Lakeland VW was easier and a lot more fun than buying my last smart phone. We decided to trade in our Beetle on "something bigger." After an afternoon of shopping, we decided on something really big, the 2018 Atlas. Hiram, our salesman, was a walking encyclopedia on all things VW and his enthusiasm for the brand is sincere and obvious. We have bought many cars from Lakeland VW, and everyone there is a joy to work with. We love VWs, but we especially love this dealership.
Friendly, professional and pleasant. From the moment I walked into the dealership until the time I walked out was a pleasure. No pushy sales people and very relaxed atmosphere. My sales person (Trey) was great!! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and went the extra mile explaining everything.
Fast and easy process We came in from Riverview to see a used car that we had been checking out online. I told the guy we had been talking to from online we were on the way to see the car and what time we would be there. He has it out front for us to look at, we checked it out, took it for a test drive, talked about it between ourselves and decided to buy. Smooth, No Hassle Process I have purchased numerous cars, but this was my first Volkswagen. The experience was very laid back and hassle free. There were no gimmicks to receive the advertised seller discount or undue sales pressure like you typically endure at a dealership, so that was very refreshing. The overall experience while purchasing my vehicle was pleasant.

Pleasant car buying experience No surprises. Made contact with dealership online. Spoke with online sales person, Michelle. Mostly all costs and fees were presented up front. Only cost that wasn't mentioned was an optional guard sealent for interior and exterior of vehicle.
Nest car buying experience! I went in with several car options I wanted to look at. Corey was patient and reviewed specs, prices and payments to get me in a car I would love. There was never any pressure to buy and he even sent me home to think about it so I was completely confident in my purchase. The entire staff thru the purchase process was delightful!
