Happy, Happy, Happy Drove over two hours away to this dealership. Really enjoyed working with Larry and everybody at Lakeland Volkswagen. It was a low stress and quick experience. Will take the drive again to come and buy another vehicle when the time comes!

Good service? Took my VW in for service. Was expecting a little more customer service in regards to pricing and warranty work. ALL online pricing had to be dragged out of the service writer. Misdiagnosed maintenance needed and feel prior work performed before was not up to par. Also feel like they try to oversell. Definitely will not be back.
I had a great experience! Gary was great They were very helpful. Gary was the guy who worked with me. He would keep me update on what was going on. He got me my rental and got everything covered under my warranty. Great service would definitely go back

Best car buying experience Ever!! We unexpectedly needed to replace our vehicle purchased @ Lakeland VW in 2016. We returned to LVW because our first experience was so great. Again, Trey Chapman and Jared as well as ALL staff @ LVW made our purchase quick, painless and actually enjoyable. Would also like to thank parts/service persons who did a very quick and excellent window trim install before leaving.
