Professional, no pressure, respectful experience. We had an excellent sales experience dealing with Jeff Havard and his other associates. Everybody we met was courteous, helpful, friendly, and sincere. We love the new 2019 Passat R-Series. Good price, no nonsense with phony back-and-forth dealing and fake approvals of this and that. Great Experience! Lakeland VW staff was friendly, professional, and responsive. The transaction was simple with no surprises and delivery was VERY quick and efficient. The 1.5 hour drive from Orlando was longer than the entire time we spent purchasing the vehicle!

Great service I found a vehicle online at 3pm and stopped into the dealership at 6pm to look at the car. I was able to purchase the vehicle and be out the door by 8pm!

Pricing The car I wanted was mixed up with another the prices didn’t jive . They didn’t stick with the price or offer options for me to feel content.
