Great experience! My wife and I made our first big purchase since moving to Florida at lakeland VW. Brad was our salesman. Brad went above and beyond the call of duty for us. A Big Hit. A big thank you goes out to all the help in the service department at Lakeland Volkswagen. I brought my car in for service for two new tires and a front in alignment and everything went well. Couldn’t ask for better service.
Lots of engine lights on Took a while to get a loaner car but everything was fixed in a couple of days. Service advisor Lindsay is very professional and nice.
Tire replacement Great prompt service! Got me in right away and when they found out it would be longer than expected a loaner was made available to me immediately. Great customer service from Lindsay in service.
Stress free It was a very pleasant experience and the staff were very helpful and courteous. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and everything was explained in great detail. The staff were very attentive and good with follow up calls.
Transmission Filter & Fluids I mistakenly scheduled the transmission service for 1130. It's an all day job. Literally open to close the following day. They can't work with hot fluids. The staff was most congenial. The chairs were almost soft enough to sleep in, almost. Extremely friendly service.
