Relaxing and Friendly Service The atmosphere and nice people make this place feel like it’s not the typical dealership. The service department doesn’t pressure you into anything but makes sure you’re aware of important recommendations.
Good enough They are always super polite. However, there have been times that I came in and after they washed my car black smudges were all over it. Also, they gave me my keys to go get my car after it got serviced and it was no where that i could find it. I hit the panic button like she told me to but it was far enough way that it wouldn't go off. So the man behind the service counter grabbed my key found it and pulled it up for me and apologized. Like I said, super polite but kind of lazy or sloppy. Overall they are okay.
Great experience, staff was friendly & helpful. Corey was a excellent salesperson to deal with! Very professional, explained everything throughly & most important after I purchased our Atlas he continued to answer our questions via the phone! He was honest in our dealings, would highly recommend him when you want to purchase a vehicle!
New tires Brought our 2014 bug in for 20K checkup. Didn't realize tires were so bad. They fixed us up and car was ready when promised.
Amazing place! They made buying a car not a pain! Trey was an outstanding sales person and all around helpful guy! He was much more concerned that we get a vehicle that works for us and we enjoyed than with making a sale! I'd recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! He's very knowledgeable and helpful!! Jared in finance took great care of us as well!
Service department Excellent service as usual. Keep up the good work. Always upfront with the expected cost and updates to the service plan when needed. They even help with a question on a different car that wasn’t there for service.

Excellent Corey did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable. Volkswagen has a great product and Corey and this dealership represented them well. I always said I would never buy a brand new car, but after the experience and rebates I don't regret it at all.
Excellent Service Everyone I met at Lakeland Volkswagen was friendly and helpful. Corey was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and explained all of the options and features to me. Jared handled the financing portion and was professional and got things wrapped up much faster than I expected. Overall I had an excellent experience and recommend this dealership based on my experience.
