Awesome buying experience Hiram was the most knowledgeable sales rep I have ever met. I usually purchase a new vehicle every 2-3 years and have purchased from Mazda, Honda, Ford, GMC, Nissan, and Toyota. Greatest deal I've ever seen on a car. Excellent Staff! First off, I cannot believe the deal me and my wife got on our new Jetta! It was cheaper to buy our new Jetta here, than to buy a used Jetta at another dealership. That goes to show Lakeland isn't out to steal your money. Great place great service . Great GM. Nice people , great oil , nice place . Great bathrooms , nice parking lot , good toilet paper . I like paper towels they put in a hand dryer.
Great Experience I would highly recommend that my friends and neighbors living in the Tampa Bay Area make the drive out to Lakeland for the excellent service. I appreciate the transparency and accuracy of their online pricing. Most dealerships raise the price when you get there, say something like, you are not eligible for a rebate, yadda yadda. I will be reaching back out to Michelle Barnett when I need a new car in the future.
