We travelled 60 miles to your dealership because of the great rating it had . Trey and Larry were awesome to us and we’re very happy with our purchase.
Service in general is outstanding. Service manager is not customer friendly, does not believe the customer as to issues on the car even new purchase. I was basically informed I was the only person of the millions of VW Beetle sold with a non functioning radio for the android auto. Brandon VW knows how to order and replace the radio. I ONLY returned to Lakeland VW because of Jonathan Fiermonti!
Very professional dealership. I have done business here several times and I recommended this establishment to anyone. Trey was our salesmen and Larry was our finance guy who was also very nice and v very helpful and I also recommend asking for both of them. 5 stars

Service was great! They got my daughter’s car quickly and were very honest with what needed to be repaired and the costs. Repair was pricey but all VW repairs are.
This VW dealer has proffessional staff ready to assist you anytime. They service you car on a reasonably timely manner. They will answer any questions you have concerning your automobile. I highly recommend this dealership to any VW owners.
No haggle no pressure environment. They offer you their best price from the get go. Very friendly staff. Only question that I still wondered about was whether money factor on a lease is negotiable. Was offered a lower money factor at a different VW Dealer but Lakeland VW had a better price. Dealer incentives appear tied to overall deal structure. Happy overall.
