Staff is friendly. Service time is quite long for basic things, and scheduling could be better to get cars in and out faster. Great people, great cars, but service system needs work.
Drove from St. Pete to Lakeland My easy phone conversation with Trey led me to drive over an hour to Lakeland to look at a used Jetta. Upon arrival, the vehicle did not meet my standards, but Trey was quick to work with me on a suitable alternative. We worked out a great deal without a lot of negotiating back and forth. Five stars.
