Great and fast customer service. Dropped off my vehicle and got a call within a day with the diagnostic and the very next day the day was fixed and ready to go. Matt is awesome.

My daughter and I visited Lakeland VW in early 2020 and we returned to specifically to buy from Hiram. He was extremely professional during our initial visit even after we told him we weren’t ready to purchase. He took the time to fully explain the features and benefits for each model / package making the whole experience great. Customer service is a dying characteristic from most businesses, not at Lakeland VW and especially not when buying from Hiram.
Our agent Shaye was the best! Everything went so smooth! Excellent service by all there at dealership and this was with a used car. Cleanest dealership inside and out. Will recommend!
