The service department was very professional. My service advisor was Matt and he could not have done a better job. He called me regularly to update me on what was going on and when they learned the repair would take longer than expected they had a loaner vehicle ready for me. I've been dealing with this repair for some time at a different dealership and it would break again within days of being fixed. Since my car was serviced at Lakeland VW, I've had no issues. They're the best
Great service as usual. The only thing I would say was not good was that mask compliance should be enforced with employees during this time. One of the employees had a surgical mask on but it was below his nose the entire time which is ineffective. Saw others with buffs on that kept falling down and they were nonstop touching it and their face to pull up which defeats the purpose. Made me a little uncomfortable.
The staff are exceptional! Very friendly and keep you informed. Mechanics know their VW’s😊. I love to visit with Jared Miller sold me my first VW and always remembers my name ❤️
The service people was awesome. They were very friendly, respectful, and very helpful. But with the pandemic going on couldn't believe the prices still on the service.
Took care of the VW recall and noticed a transmission seal leak at the same time. The transmission leak was addressed at the same without have to make an additional appointment. Thank you.
Good place, Hiram who is a salesman and all around knowledgeable guy is a national treasure!!! Nice selection of new and used vehicles, My visit was during COVID crises 8/2020 and there was sanitizer EVERYWHERE, lobby was updated with easy to clean but comfortable furniture, hot beverages, water plentiful, nice people, safe place to shop 5 ⭐️, I live 80 miles (round trip) a way but come here despite dealerships nearer to me, give this business a chance !!!

My car had a few issues but they were very helpful and worked diligently to get it fixed. It was also very quick to get in and out.
