Professional and welcoming. Have been a VW driver for years so we had a knowledge base of what we wanted at a fair cost. This dealership didn’t play around with “funny numbers” therefore we knew we were dealing with people of integrity

The service department explained to me the problem and fixed it. Not once felt was going to get ripped off. They did not try to upsell.
Took us in same day -no appt. wasn’t aware first 2 oil changes were complimentary. Would have paid for it had they not informed me otherwise.
Great service it did take a little long but not that bad of a wait for an software update. I didn't have to much contact with anyone but I guess thats normal now with covid. So didn't have contact with anyone really to judge anyone. Overall a good visit.
Service department got my vehicle into the service bay promptly, however, did not meet my 10:00 deadline causing me to be late for my next appointment. I had made the staff aware in advance of my timeframe but it was disappointing that they couldn’t do the necessary maintenance within a 2 hour window.

I have been coming here for years and never disappointed. They have a great team in the shop. If Dan can’t fix it no one can.
Generally happy with the service here. Dealerships still kill you on the labor rate vs smaller shops but if you have extended warranty work they are best. Loaners sometimes available but ride service to car rental if needed.
