I appreciated the honesty and friendliness of the sales staff. We had been looking for quite a while at different dealers, and no one compared to Lakeland VW.

My daughter and I visited Lakeland VW in early 2020 and we returned to specifically to buy from Hiram. He was extremely professional during our initial visit even after we told him we weren’t ready to purchase. He took the time to fully explain the features and benefits for each model / package making the whole experience great. Customer service is a dying characteristic from most businesses, not at Lakeland VW and especially not when buying from Hiram.
Our agent Shaye was the best! Everything went so smooth! Excellent service by all there at dealership and this was with a used car. Cleanest dealership inside and out. Will recommend!
Tire pressure indicator was on Right after I left the premises. Service performed: Oil change Tires rotation Don’t abuse your customers demanding the number of words they have to use!
