Good. In the future, don't charge a diagnostic fee when I don't need diagnostics. I told them what was wrong, and ultimately, that was the problem. I shouldn't have to pay for a service I did not need or asked for.

Walked in with a recall on our jeep. Guy in service department said he would take care of getting the parts to do the job and call to set up an appointment! Got the parts and called to do the job! Took jeep to them and they took me home! Called later that day to say it was done! Picked it up and so far all is working good with it! Thanks for a great experience! Larry and Vonda
