I drove 4 hours to register dealership because it was the only dealership I was able to locate that could order the Traiker Tow Module recall parts. They were able to obtain tge parts within 7 days, notified me they had the parts, and completed the installation in a few hours. Every dealership in Jacksonville was not able to provide any support to accomplish the recall. The Avon Park (Hustons) was great.

Professional look and service. Very clean and organized. Excellent service and courteous personnel did a great job. Mechanic did a Great clean job on our Jeep and Ben our service writer was professional and kind and talked us through the process. Jeep warranty was solid and took care of our needs one hundred percent. Thank You all!!

The staff is friendly. Issue was they didn’t have my appointment listed as the gal who checked me in said the system had been wonky. Then for the second time in a row, they didn’t give not put a sticker in the front window for the details of my next oil change.

Well we didn't know what the recall was for and when we got there we asked Arturo what the issue was and he didn't know!!
