I waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, was not happy. Services were fine, the 3 hours wait was unacceptable since I had an appointment.

Ben was a big help with giving us information on our GPS. The car is too old to get an update but he gave us a lot of information going forward.

So many times I've had to bring in this Dodge Hornet for the same continuous Issue. The mechanic, Edwin Maldonaldo has been absolutely FABULOUS in correcting the issues with this Hornet, but due to the malfunctioning parts provided by the suppliers, the issue keeps reoccurring.
