Ben was a big help with giving us information on our GPS. The car is too old to get an update but he gave us a lot of information going forward.

So many times I've had to bring in this Dodge Hornet for the same continuous Issue. The mechanic, Edwin Maldonaldo has been absolutely FABULOUS in correcting the issues with this Hornet, but due to the malfunctioning parts provided by the suppliers, the issue keeps reoccurring. Edwin has gone above and beyond in his efforts to repair the Hornet, only to have malfunctioning parts bringing us back for the 6th time to the dealership to be repaired or replaced. I’ve done my best to take my car to this service center for everything. Last time, the technician came out to tell me that my engine air filter and brake fluid needed replacement. I had gotten those done 2 months prior so I was disillusioned to the idea of bringing my car back. This time I had a major maintenance milestone so I gave you guys a shot again.
