The staff is incredibly attentive. My experience with intake over the last six months is that even when you have an appointment, it is incredibly slow. But the staff are friendly, willing to listen and work to make sure your service is good. There are several people that approach you and then can't help. Don't understand the heirarchy.

It was all good except I realized they did not wash my car as usual. Perhaps because it was late in the day. I also had inspections done which is not on your list here.
