Three times I got calls at home while waiting for it to be finished, that the bill would be higher and take longer. By the third call, they told me they couldn't finish the repair that day. That was Saturday, and it wouldn't get done until Monday. The bill started at $399. The final total was $1300. It was the air conditioning that needed repair and it was labor intensive. They did give me the opportunity to pick up car before they continued the work, but I said no, go ahead. However, they don't usually get an estimate so wr... read more
