Service was excellent. Tires were balanced and it now drive like a new car ready for the road. The timing was exactly as promised. It is all caught up on its planned maintenance.

Had a dead battery at home. I charged the battery at home and drove to Honda for service. The service was very good. They checked the battery and replaced the battery under warranty. The wait time was very short.

The safety issue was fixed without issues. The repair took about 6 hours, not the amount of time stated on the Honda mail that was sent regarding the issue

The car was in for a drive shift recall. Also had two additional services performed because the labor cost was lower because some of the work was done for the recall. Everyone was friendly and informative.
