I always contact my friendly, caring service department representative - Pat Carroll. He makes sure my car is taken care of, and he is great at explaining any repairs necessary. He never tries to push services that are not needed at the time; keeps me posted on what is up and coming to keep my Honda running top notch. All folks I have been in touch with at HoF are great.

I always have a great experience at Ho da Frontenac. Service is friendly and prompt and they have a shuttle service for longer repairs.

Took car in for renewal of auto tag stickers. Needed safety inspection & safety emissions checked and had to pass both before new tags would be issued from Dept of motor vehicles. Car passed both inspections. Also brought car in for routine oil change and tire inspection. Everything was completed and NO ADDITIONAL ISSUES were found with the car! You know when you go to dealers or repair service stations they always find something wrong. Not Honda of Frontenac - they are honest and do good work.
