I pulled out of the Honda Frontenac after the mechanics had conducted a routine maintenance appointment. After I got a mile away my brakes went out. I managed to pull into a parking lot, called them and they came immediately to get the car and take me back to the dealership. There had been an air pocket in the brakes which they repaired right away. Thank you for attending to this matter. All is working fine.
The Service Department quickly ran diagnostics to identify the problem and were able to repair the car promptly.
Everything was great. The time it took was reasonable, the waiting area was comfortable but the lack of snacks was disappointing.
