This was a very expensive repair, but the service writer and tech were straightforward about what needed to be done. I was given a free loaner vehicle and the repairs were done really quickly considering the scope of the work, which saved my engine.
The left headlight had gone out over a week ago and fortunately I was coming up on a vacation week where I'd have the free time to get the HondaCRV fixed. Also an issue was an odd 'turtling' sound the engine was making. The headlight was an easy fix. Replacing the AC Compressor and therefore the entire Air Conditioning System took till the next day but Summer is coming and I'm going to need it. Once again, Honda of Frontenac came through with stellar vehicle service and gratitudes to Doug for the shuttling to and from home.
Service rep was pleasant and engaging. Made good suggestions and delivered what he promised.

I got scheduled maintenance, oil change and tire rotation. Ryan checked for recalls, there were none. After service the car was washed. As I drove away I could tell that the tires had been inflated, which I like because it gives a better ride, better gas mileage, and better tire wear. I am completely satisfied with their service.
