Very efficient and professional. Car was ready within 15 minutes of the projected estimate.
They are always careful with my time and costs. It was about 10% over the original quote on costs but I was clear in stating that I wanted the items we discussed completed so if the coolant or lubricant was slightly higher I would approve. When I reviewed the bill the ratio of parts to labor was acceptable. They gave a heads up on the next visit being more costly and explained on the form what we will be looking at for tire replacement, etc. These young guys are sincerely attempting to do good work.
