I went in to look at a couple of cars that I was interested in. Dexter helped me get set up for test drives and helped me get all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I did not buy that day, but after checking out several other places, I came back and ultimately did purchase from them. They were the only dealer I spoke with that put their offer in writing.
