Waiting 3 hour to check my horn. That stop working
Went in for the free oil change for life, found out they lie to you. after the 30k miles you have to do a so called all fluid change for $530.00 if you don't do that they will start charging $85.00 to change the oil..so the "free oil change for life " is not free .typical car dealership rip off. I went to express oil charge me $50.00 and found that The air filter was needing replaced. Something else the Jim Burke Auto neglected to do.
Bought a 2010 Prius on Saturday and before we even got it home we had to pull over and put on the spare because the tire was completely flat! Called them and was told to buy a new tire and bring it for balance and rotation. Took it to Walmart and turns out there was a large bulge in the tire. On Monday I was at my parents house and thank the good Lord my dad noticed another tire was low. He went to air it up and heard air gushing out. Brought in 2014 town in country. The check engine light came on and the engine was skipping. They had the car two weeks said they had to replace solenoid and that the car was fixed. Picked it up drove home and the check engine light came back on. Brought it back they kept for another four day said it was fixed come pick it up. Drove down the street and the air bag warning indicator came on. Of course during this time they had to drive half a tank of gas out to "make sure" their was no problem. I will never in my life do business with them ever again
After the deal was done and went thru the paper work at home IM VERY UNHAPPY!! I put cash down and it was not taken off the agreed price also negotiated and extended warranty and gap coverage in the deal and after sign here sign here sign here going over the papers at home they charged me for it all!!! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER HERE. also had a Sun roof installed and they gave us a car to drive it's not running g very well sent my wife back today with it to get another one till ours is finished.
