Would not trust these guys. Agreed to a deal on a used car on 6/29. Put down a $5,000 deposit. Was scheduled to pick up the car on 7/1. They called on 6/30 and said they sold the car we had agreed upon. Will not get my deposit back until 7/1. Very unethical.
2 hours. For a free oil change and wipers. An hour in to waiting I decided to go for a walk. My truck was sitting in a bay, on the ground. I kept walking. 20 minutes later I got a phone call asking if I wanted all of these extra services. Brake fluid flush, oil flush, power steering flush, all of them coincidentally $129 a piece. Bought a 2014 town and country and after getting it home, found a couple issues wrong with it and carried it back and they did fix. Then after having it for less than a week, the change oil light came on. So we pull into an express oil in Tuscaloosa and the oil needed changing. So my question is how to you do a complete certified used car inspection and not change the oil? Plus our salesman had led us on as well. Jim Burke has been a fraud since day 1! I was sold a 2013 "Certified Pre Owned" Nissan Pathfinder in February 2016. Not only did the salesman not have a clue what he was doing, my paperwork was never turned in to the credit union I was preapproved through.
