Took my Jeep Patriot in for oil change, tire rotate & balance, and to check my transmission fluid (not preform repairs) since my transmission briefly overheated last week. They returned the car to me with out checking the transmission fluid and stated that I would need to make an appointment with their transmission guy and it would likely leave me without a car for a week or more. Went to get my routine oil change. After about an hour and a half, they were done, brought my car back to the front, and said that everything was good. Half way to my house I noticed that the “Change oil alert” came back on. I took it back down there for them to reset the alert and discovered that no oil was on the dip stick....smh. They didn’t do an oil change but the inspection report and receipt stated that they did. Don’t trust this place. They are shady.
Fix vehicles without giving people the run around.
You guys are a huge disappointment... Why would you run someone's credit 20 times without they approval the lie like your system was down! Liars
There free oil change is not free you have to spend 60 to 250 in order to get the free oil change or you will have to pay for it.
This is the most unorganized dealership I’ve been to. Made an appointment for 9am, waited till 9:30+ for someone to see me. It’s 12 o’clock and still have no numbers and tested 1 vehicle. Finally, after being sent a “personal” invitation for a vehicle trade in day. They offered $7000 less than written AND I spoke with someone before going to ask if the figure offered was good for a new/used.
